Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our manufactured housing sales team in a family owned environment where each team member is equally valued. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential homebuyers and contractors as well as staying up to date on industry standards and regulations and be willing to work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

Weekly base salary plus lucrative commission plan. Paid continuing education and training.

Duties:

-Follow up with prospective customers

-Develop and implement marketing plans through social media and local advertising

-Contribute to a team culture of providing the best homebuying experience by remaining motivated and energized

-Stay up to date on product knowledge, local regulations and monitor industry trends

-Present a stress free homebuying process through assisting with floorplan selections and options to meet buyers needs, coordinating with lenders and contractors

-Saturdays are required, No Sundays

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in consumer sales or customer service

- Excellent communication skills

-Knowledge of basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
